Welcome to Kennemer Taxi. By booking a ride or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or traveling with us.

1. General

Kennemer Taxi is a transportation company based in Haarlem, Netherlands. We provide taxi services, airport transfers, hotel transfers, corporate transportation, and event transport across Haarlem and surrounding areas.

These Terms apply to all bookings, whether made by phone, online, or via WhatsApp.

2. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made 24/7 via phone, email, WhatsApp, or through our online booking system.

  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us via email.

  • Please provide accurate details when booking (pickup location, date, time, number of passengers, luggage, special requests).

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All fares are based on distance, travel time, vehicle type, and any special requests.

  • Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay).

  • Prices may vary during holidays, special events, or late-night hours, but these will always be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations should be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows (when the passenger is not present at the pickup location without prior notice) may result in full fare being charged.

5. Delays and Waiting Time

  • We monitor flight and train arrivals to adjust pickup times accordingly.

  • We allow 15 minutes of free waiting time for standard pickups and 45–60 minutes for airport pickups (after flight landing).

  • Additional waiting time may be charged per minute.

6. Luggage and Passengers

  • Please inform us in advance if you have extra luggage or bulky items.

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is safe and within the allowed capacity for the selected vehicle type.

  • The number of passengers must not exceed the maximum capacity of the booked vehicle.

7. Child Seats

  • Child and booster seats are available upon request and must be requested during the booking process.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are secured properly.

8. Conduct During the Ride

  • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the driver's instructions.

  • Smoking, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior is not allowed in our vehicles.

  • Damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

9. Liability

  • Kennemer Taxi is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, road closures, or third-party incidents.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

10. Force Majeure

Kennemer Taxi is not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or governmental restrictions.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Kennemer Taxi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
